It will work for sure because its in fact RC battery and we use RC stuff to build the electric turbo. But there is more to it depending of the motor and controller you will use. I personally try different chemistry of battery. LTO, LiFepo4 and now Lipo. All have there advantages and disadvantages. Lipo is the most dangerous option, but it is the option to be more likely to work. With all the fake specs of chinese battery, its hard to find battery that will work first time like you wante.
 
There really is no standard for C rate. In other words you don't know what the voltage sag is going to be under that load. I really don't think any battery that small can provide the kind of current levels we're looking for. Generally speaking within the same chemistry, The greater the amp hour capacity the less voltage sag under heavy load.

I didn't test that battery in particular but it'll give you an idea of the range you could be looking at.
