Hi I'm Marcus and have recently wound up on the channel during a deep dive on YouTube.
Thinking of doing something like this down the line for my 05 Rx8. Would be nice to set up a system to give the renesis a bit of a kick when needed.
Supercharger kits for the car are non-existent and I really don't want to turbo it. Basically if I can get 50-100 extra whp for the car.
This would be a happy medium. Power when I need it for some spirited driving but can basically be ignored for normal daily driving.
Ive been getting back into more diy stuff and reminds me of different kits and engineering stuff I used to mess with as a kid.
Though I won't be focusing on this mainly for a while(have another car to get running first)
I shall be asking questions as I'm out of practice on alot of things and could use some expertise.
My basic idea is to have a system that can be left in the car,
controlled by either TPS or pedal position sensor with
Meth kit
Battery pack that can be recharged outside the car and while the car is running.
