A GearHead that is familiar with motors and controllers (combat robotics and EV conversion work).
Looking to build an economical low RPM torque booster for a 2004 Mazda RX-8. This is a fun car to drive, even with zero low-end power. I am thinking a 10-20KW solution can give me on-ramp acceleration power. Most of my boost requirements are under-30 second 25-75mph runs (not more than one or two per "recharge period".
