Hi Mateen, cool setup. are you going to put it in your drift car? Also love the thermal images, i've always been intrigued by the hidden detail these provide.
Are you testing with the outlet wide open or a with a restrictor?

Looks like you have a great background in IT and wondering if you'd be interested in trying to decode the hobbywing log file?
I'm pretty sure I've found the files on my android phone in Android>Data>com.hobbywing.hwlink2>files>Record
In this folder there are .dat files with the same last digits that appear in the hobbywing app.
I've copied over one of the files and when i view it as UTF-8 encoded it looks like hex but i haven't got any further than that.
It would be great to be able to see the logs in some more detail for testing.

Hi Mateen - I was looking at your datalog and was puzzled, until I re-read your post. 3 car batteries - I assume lead/acid - well, that answers that question, lol. Thanks for posting that data.

Hi Nick,

I sorry for the delayed response, if you are still interested I would be happy to take a look at it. I can also have my friend look at it as well.

Update:
We are currently working to "decode" the OBD2 Signal to be able to capture TPS signal and to be able to set the idle, I read an article about the Audi S7's E-supercharger idling at 5k rpm in "anticipation" for turbo spool-assist. I am still researching for a better battery solution and leaning to a 18650 cells solution

Hi Mateen - how do you plan on connecting the 18650 cells? I have bought 180 a123 systems lithium iron phosphate cells but ended up not using them because I couldn't come up with a way to connect them all that could reliably carry the current
